At Organic Basics, we want you to feel good in what you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all sustainably made essentials in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in unopened, original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
